Top 10 Biggest Brain Damaging Habits
1. No breakfast - people who do not eat breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an efficient supply of nutrients in the brain causing brain damage. (Except if you are in prayer and fasting).
2. Overeating - it causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.
3. Smoking - It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer's disease.
4. High sugar consumption - Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of protein nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.
5. Air pollution - the brain is the larger oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of the oxygen to the brain, bringing about the decrease in brain efficiency.

Being an Example
we go through life. Our parents were our first teachers and then we had numerous teachers through our basic schooling. Then some of us experienced more teachers as we traveled through several years of college. We also learned from many people as we worked at our chosen vocations and pursued our recreational interests and hobbies. Think about some things you have learned and who the teachers were. What stayed with you the most? Is it the things you learned from someone just talking, or the things you learned from someone who lived what they taught? And I am not just taking about learning physical skills but more importantly, learning about who you are and how to live your dreams. Where did your values come from? Where did your relationship tools come from? Who were or are your role models? Who inspired you? The examples we set for others are the highest form of teaching. The examples we take from others are the highest form of learning. Hopefully, these examples are positive, loving and courageous. Seek out only those who have the lasting values that you want in your life. Avoid those who are ego filled and wrapped up in just hearing their own voice. Look to those who inspire by who they are and the life they lead. A much overused phrase but one that fits is, "Do they walk the talk?" Follow those who do more than just teach. Follow those who live the teachings.

My Friday Story Be Thankful
by an unknown author
Be thankful that you don't already have everything you desire,
If you did, what would there be to look forward to?
Be thankful when you don't know something
For it gives you the opportunity to learn.
Be thankful for the difficult times.
During those times you grow.
Be thankful for your limitations
Because they give you opportunities for improvement.
Be thankful for each new challenge
Because it will build your strength and character.
Be thankful for your mistakes
They will teach you valuable lessons.
Be thankful when you're tired and weary
Because it means you've made a difference.
It is easy to be thankful for the good things.
A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are
also thankful for the setbacks.
GRATITUDE can turn a negative into a positive.
Find a way to be thankful for your troubles
and they can become your blessing.

My Friday Story Attitude
by an unknown author
There once was a woman who woke up one morning,
looked in the mirror, and noticed she had only three hairs on her head.
Well," she said, "I think I'll braid my hair today?"
So she did and she had a wonderful day.
The next day she woke up,
looked in the mirror and saw that she had only two hairs on her head.
"H-M-M," she said,
"I think I'll part my hair down the middle today?"
So she did and she had a grand day.
The next day she woke up,
looked in the mirror and noticed that she had only one hair on her head.
"Well," she said,
"today I'm going to wear my hair in a pony tail."
So she did and she had a fun, fun day.
The next day she woke up,
looked in the mirror and noticed that there wasn't a single hair on her head.
"YEA!" she exclaimed,
"I don't have to fix my hair today!"
Attitude is everything.
Be kinder than necessary,
for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.
Live simply,
Love generously,
Care deeply,
Speak kindly.......
Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass.
It's about learning to dance in the rain.
